SOYMILK WARABI MOCHI

Ingredients

  • Roasted soybean flour to taste
  • Brown sugar syrup to taste
  • [A] 200ml MARUSAN SOYMILK UNSWEETENED
  • [A] 20g brown sugar
  • [A] 20g cornstarch

How To Cook

  • 1.

    Put [A] in a pot and whisk. Cook on medium heat while whisking. When it comes to a boil turn the heat to low and cook for 2 minutes.

  • 2.

    Pour 1. into a heat proof container and place in the refrigerator when the dough cools down.

  • 3.

    When 2. has cooled, scoop it out with a spoon. Top with items such as roasted soybean flour and brown sugar syrup.

When cooking over the heat, constant stirring prevents it from burning on the bottom of the pan.
