SOYMILK BANANA BREAD

Tasty banana bread without eggs or butter.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 60g MARUSAN SOYMILK UNSWEETENED
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 20g roasted walnuts
  • [A] 110g cake flour
  • [A] 20g almond powder
  • [A] 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • [A] 25g brown sugar
  • [A] 1 tsp cinnamon powder

How To Cook

  • 1.

    Line a baking parchment. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  • 2.

    Whisk [A] in a bowl.

  • 3.

    Crush bananas with lemon juice using the back of a fork in separate bowl.

  • 4.

    Add canola oil, MARUSAN SOYMILK and maple syrup to 3., then whisk to combine evenly.

  • 5.

    Add 4. to 2., and mix with rubber spatula.Mix until the flour completely dissolves, add roasted walnuts, and pour into the bread pan.

  • 6.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. When baked, raise heat to 200°C and bake an additional 5 minutes.

Mix bananas, lemon juice, soymilk, canola oil and maple syrup well and emulsify.
