CREAMY SOYMILK HOT POT

Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 carrot
  • 2 stalks of asparagus
  • 1/4 broccoli
  • 50g mushrooms
  • 400ml MARUSAN SOYMILK UNSWEETENED
  • 1 tbsp (18g) MARUSAN MISO PASTE
    (White type if available)
  • 1/3 tsp (2g) salt
  • Coarse ground black pepper
  • Olive oil 1/2 tbsp
  • [A] 200ml water
  • [A] 4g vegetable broth powder

How To Cook

  • 1.

    Cut onions, carrots and asparagus into bite size pieces.
    Cut little broccoli florets off the head.

  • 2.

    Add olive oil to the pot, and add onions, carrots, mushrooms, salt. Then cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

  • 3.

    Continue stir frying until vegetables soften, add [A] and heat until boiling.

  • 4.

    When it comes to a boil, add asparagus and broccoli, then turn the heat to medium and cook for 2 minutes. Add soymilk and miso paste (white) and continue heating.

  • 5.

    Add black pepper to finish.

After adding soymilk, heat up enough so it does not boil.If it boils, it will separate.
