Okazaki Jozo (Brewing) Co., Ltd. was established with a capital of 1.5 million yen for the manufacture of miso (soybean paste) in Okazaki (Aichi prefecture, Japan).

The company name is changed to Okazaki Marusan Co., Ltd. Mixed miso has been released.

JYUNSEI KOJI miso has been released.

Company headquarters and plant relocated to the current address.

The construction of the soymilk plant at the headquarters has been completed.

The company name was changed to MARUSAN-AI Co., Ltd. The capital has increased to 230 million yen.

American Soy Products Inc. was established as a joint venture in the United States, and soymilk production was launched.
